My name is zaid ( full name zaid zahid ) i am from Pakistan actually i am gamer and searcher i am face many difficult situation and i want to share my experience you and what I’ve learned from them.

Positive Habits:
. These are behaviors that positively impact your well-being, productivity, and overall success.
. Examples include regularly exercising, maintaining a healthy diet, practicing mindfulness or meditation, setting and achieving goals, and developing good time management skills.
Negative Habits:
. These are behaviors that can negatively affect your well-being, productivity, and overall life satisfaction.
. Examples include smoking, consuming excessive alcohol, procrastination, engaging in negative self-talk, and leading a sedentary lifestyle.
Here are some steps you can take to leave bad habits behind:
Step 1
bad habits ( Negative Habits ) if you want to leave you need to know is that habit effect is good or not and what disadvantage of his after you know his affect you is attach 9 ( addication ) with.
Step 2
second thing his disadvantage you need to ask your self is that good and is okay for you and main you want to change and understand why you want to change it.
Step 3
Replace the bad habit with a positive one. For example.
- Bad Habit: Spending long hours watching TV, which can be unproductive and sedentary.
- Good Habit: Transforming this habit by replacing excessive TV watching with reading. Set a goal to read for a certain amount of time each day, gradually replacing screen time with a beneficial and intellectually stimulating activity.
Step 4
Acknowledge and celebrate your achievements as you make progress. Recognizing and rewarding yourself for small victories will strengthen the positive changes you’re implementing.
Important and last step
